We focus on building strong long-term relationships that provide value to our clients’ and their businesses. We therefore treasure the reputation that we leave with every delivered promise. The following steps ensure delivery of our promises.

1. Understanding the Client’s need

Although we have our service packages that we propose to potential clients, we know that every client’s need is unique. We therefore seek to understand the needs of the potential client and evaluate whether we can provide the service. This process may involve meetings, proposals and bids based on the prospect’s preference on communication. We never take up jobs that are beyond our capacity to deliver at the agreed quality and time.

2. Contracting/Agreement

Based on the understanding of the client’s needs and our readiness to provide solutions, we draft an agreement to specify the deliverables and the terms of contract. This may be termed as the Consulting Agreement or Letter of Engagement depending on the nature of service being provided. Upon execution by both parties this marks the commencement of the formal contract.

3. Planning and Delivery

We plan our work to ensure professional execution of the promised tasks. This not only ensures efficiency and accuracy in delivery but also assists to monitor and review of work progress. In addition, especially in assurance services, this helps to meet the regulatory and professional obligations by ICPAK and other professional bodies.

4. Discussions and consulting with clients

It is dear to us that we must consult our clients throughout the execution process to ensure that any issues that arise are arrested at the early stages. Further, due to business and organizational dynamics, some prior-agreed issues may require modification and updating during the execution process to ensure that the solutions derived remain relevant

5. Finalization and signoff

We seek to ensure that we mark the end-points of all our project assignments. Mostly this will be in form of presentation of a report or project exit meetings. While this marks the end of that particular deliverable or project, it does not mean the end of our relationship with the client. We always seek to know how well the client has implemented our recommendations or used the proposed solution.
